New Prior Authorization Process for Durable Medical Equipment: Incontinence Supplies Effective July 1, 2010, DMAS will be changing the billing unit for incontinence supplies (diapers/pull-ups/pantyliners). Please refer to DMAS Memo dated 1/28/2010 for further details.
