Instructions for Provider Verification

In order to register for iEXCHANGE and to create a KePRO Provider Portal account, you must provide information from your most recent Remittance Advice (RA) form. Please do not proceed unless you have this information on hand. See below for a sample image of the form pointing out the location of the required data items.

To register for an iEXCHANGE™ account, please have the following information ready to enter on the registration site:

  • Remittance Advice (RA) payment address (“Pay To” address);
    AND
  • 1099 total amount (current year to date total) OR Last Remittance date (last payment date).

It may be necessary to contact your agency’s Business Office or Billing Department for this information.
